With the 30 Day Hot Yoga Challenge you will boost your health and experience all the great physical, mental and emotional benefits of taking your practise to a new level. By practising daily you accelerate all the great benefits that Bikram Yoga has to offer:
- It detoxifies, strengthens and tones your body
- Cleanses your mind
- Improves blood circulation
- Strengthens your immune system
- Stimulates and balances your nervous system
- Brings extra oxygen into the body by using a steady conscious breath

- You will practice daily during 30 days.
- Our ongoing 30 Day Hot Yoga Challenge starts 4 April 2016.
- Within the 30 days you are allowed to take 2 double classes in case you miss a day of practise. It means you can make up for 2 days of missed practise to stay within reaching the goal of the 30 Day Challenge. No more than 2 doubles are permitted
- No triples (3 classes in a day) are allowed.
- You will need a membership card to participate. A monthly card or yearly card are the most suitable choices to participate in the 30 Day Challenge.
Rewards after completion of your 30 Day Challenge:
- The greatest reward is of course the accomplishment itself. Too take your yoga practice to another level.
- One 30-day introduction packages for free to give away to friends.
